Siargao Island, the Surfing Capital of the Philippines, is among the first destinations that re-opened to tourist. Since December of last year, flights to Siargao have resumed. But just like other destinations in the country, Siargao is implementing health and safety protocols in accordance with the guidelines of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).

There are also travel requirements for those who will visit the island depending on what type of traveler you are. If you’re a tourist planning to go to Siargao, a confirmed accommodation booking in an authorized accommodation establishment is required.
