The Mactan Cebu International Airport (CEB) has compiled and published a list of hotels that have been inspected and authorized by the Department of Health (DOH) to accommodate travelers that are required to undergo facility-based quarantine.
Non-fully vaccinated non-OFWs and eligible foreign nationals entering the Philippines via Mactan Cebu International Airport need to present confirmed booking at a hotel accredited by the Bureau of Quarantine (DOH-BOQ) until the COVID-19 RT-PCR swab test result is released. The cost of the quarantine stay and the swab test must be shouldered by the passengers.

- Passengers must shoulder the cost of the test and hotel accommodation. This does not apply to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
- Mactan Cebu International Airport is located on Mactan Island in Lapu-lapu City. Note that there may be different sets of rules implemented in other parts of Cebu Province and in Cebu City so make sure you contact all the concerned LGUs.
