The Mediterranean is among the seas most commonly criss-crossed by cruise ships carrying hundreds of seriously relaxed holiday-makers and there is fierce competition among providers of these tours. It can be tough to figure out precisely which areas of the region you’d most like to visit on your next trip but every reason to think you’ll be able to pick up a bargain. Indeed, the level of competition among operators is such that there has never been a better time to be planning a trip around what is an endlessly fascinating and so often beautiful seascape.
